The RAAS cuisine philosophy is straightforward: fresh, seasonal, and delectable. The restaurant is set up to appease you whether you crave rich Indian curries, authentic Rajasthani flavours, or Italian scents. The chef personally selects the majority of the vegetables from their organic home garden. The amazing restaurant bar is ready to serve your preferred beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails with herbal infusions.

Comfort

The tents are more substantial, soundproof, and spacious. Each is modern, with skylights, teak furniture and contemporary accents like Jodhpur stone and soft muted colours. One of the few tented camps in India, that is open all year round includes AC and heating in every room.
While maintaining the magnificent vistas, a new walkway to the tents allows you to sit outside your tent in addition to providing greater privacy. Enjoy amazing, uninterrupted panoramas of the wild while relaxing on your porch with a good book and a cold beverage.
