Gastronomy

Chanoud Garh honours Rajasthani cuisine while modernising it, bearing witness to generations of expert chefs who painstakingly follow culinary traditions in its kitchens.
The meals at the Garh are influenced by Rajasthani, Marwari, and Central Indian cuisine. Each dish is lovingly made in the royal palace's traditional kitchens using ingredients from the organic farm, including the dairy, wheat and pulses.
Guests select from a variety of dining locations spread throughout the property. Take your pick from Moti Mahal, Badal Mahal, Mor Chowk and Hawa Mahal, the restaurants at Chanoud Garh.

Chanoud Garh is one of Rajasthan's magnificent royal palaces and features a unique fusion of Mewar, Mawar and Raj-era architecture.
