Elaborately carved Nimbahera stone pillars that adorn the spacious veranda facing out onto the Ragho Sagar lake took almost two years to build by hand by local artisans. A Relais et Châteaux property, Dev Shree is a heritage home personally managed by the scion of the Deogarh family.

The nearest airport is Jodhpur, which is 138 km from the accommodation, and you are offered a paid airport shuttle service. Experiences

Incredible gardens, incredible serenity. Experience a rural ramble, which entails taking a family member for a drive through villages and rough terrain while passing farms and village cottages. Depending on the season you can visit a cave temple. Each day the trip ends with tea and biscuits by a lake.
A trip on the little, meter-gauge railway offered by Dev Shree is a fascinating way to travel around the Aravalli hill section.The Sand Mata trail offers an invigorating morning hike for people who enjoy hiking in the Aravallis.

Gastronomy

Start the day off well with a filling continental breakfast that includes a variety of cereals, fruit, drinks, toast, muffins, pancakes, eggs to order, the house specialty "Mothers' omelet" served with bacon, and an Indian selection.
You could eat lunch on the grounds beside the lake: Enjoy an Indian mini-meal of chicken Biryani and raita, Aloo paratha, tomato chutney, and yogurt while basking near the water. Alternatively, spaghetti and grilled sandwiches and salads are also available. Dinner is typically Indian including certain regional specialties served in a thaali.
